Review by Andrea on June 4, 2012I love this mower! I am a pensioner with arthritic wrists and a bad back and I still found this so easy to use. It gave a great cut although my lawn is anything but flat. Initially I thought it was useless and that I'd wasted my money -but my daughter got hold of it and explained that I had to think of the blades as scissors and actually let them graze the back plate. She inserted a sheet of paper between the plate and the blades and adjusted the setting until the blades just grabbed the paper. I always... -

The wide cylinder means that it covers a large area very rapidly and since many motor mowers only work the cylinder but still need pushing, it makes one wonder why buy the more expensive petrol versions?
