Review by Amazon Customer on June 22, 2016Rubbish!!! Absolutely Rubbish - I have always bought Bosch tools, so imagine my surprise to find this particular piece of equipment so bad.
The battery lasted no more than 10 minutes before it needed recharging. Not that bad if you want to run around your garden like Speedy Gonzalez keeping your fingers crossed that you'll get finished in time. It does move leaves and cut grass etc... but not as good as the one I borrowed from a friend. If you are going to buy this product I suggest you buy a couple... -

Rating Light and easy to use, but not very powerful
Review by D. Jones on December 24, 2014First impressions when it arrived were: it's much smaller and lighter than my previous corded 'leaf vac' from B&D, and very easy to use. Personally I have no problem with the battery attachment, it's a fairly tight fit, but I'd rather not have the risk of it falling off onto the concrete!
On first use, I realized that this really does not have the power of a traditional (corded / petrol) blower. It is okay for paved / pebbled areas, but it really struggles with a volume of leaves or if they... -

The garden, drive and paths get covered in leaves which are usually removed by much tedious raking and brushing. Tried electric blowers/vacuum in the past but they seemed to be unreliable (rarely last more than one season) and bloody heavy. After much consideration decided on the Bosch ALB18 blower. Together with the original (supplied) it allows me to allows me to trim both sides and top of two hedges approx 60ft in length by 6ft in height. -
